The Week in Review…4/3/15 Edition

  1. According to Naylor Association Solutions, optimism continues for the construction industry this year.  This infographic shows that  more than 4 out of 5 firms expect construction growth this year and into 2016.

  2. “Waiting on the Hilltop’s ‘block of nothing'”.  This article focuses on the optimism of the Hilltop area of Tacoma finally being revitalized.  Read it here:  
  3. “Four Reasons Industrial Keeps Booming”.  According to the NAIOP Research Foundation, one reason that industrial development is increasing right now is because the consumer sector of the economy is healthier than it has been since 2007.  Therefore demand for industrial space from firms that produce and distribute consumer goods has created a boom in the commercial real estate industry.
