Land Survey Services
Larson & Associates surveying department has three professional licensed surveyors on staff with extensive experience, training and support in all aspects of land surveying. Our staff provides excellent title and property research for Right-of-Way (ROW) Surveys. In addition, we have four fully equipped survey field crews consisting of robotic total stations and GPS (RTK) receivers. All survey crews use robotic total stations with auto target recognition capable of 1-second accuracy and for high precision elevation data collection. We use state of the art data collectors to ensure fast and accurate data processing utilizing field to finish software procedures.
Civil Engineering Services
No matter which of the above engineering services you need help with, we are licensed and experienced in preparing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), applying for National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits as necessary, and providing all proper inspections, testing and Department of Ecology reporting as it relates to the requirements of the permits. We understand the importance of these items, especially during construction, and have Certified Erosion Control and Sedimentation Leads on staff to help provide developers and contractors the support they need in order to keep a project moving and on schedule.
