Grant has been with Larson and Associates, Inc. for over 20 years. Mr. Middleton understands and participates in all phases of land development design, project management surveying, planning services, engineering design and specifications, hydraulic analysis, stormwater and sanitary sewer pump stations along with all other aspects of land development.

Grant has participated on committees to develop new land use regulations in addition to sitting on interview panels to assist in finding qualified new employees for government related positions. He has also designed and supervised numerous public and private, commercial and residential projects in numerous states. In addition to assisting with the day to day operations and projects that the company works on, Grant also participates as a member of the Master Builders Association. Mr. Middleton retains professional licensure status in Washington, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota and Utah in addition to maintaining a national and international registration status as a model law engineer with the NCEES.

Mr. Cederholm has been a design engineer with Larson & Associates, Inc. for over ten years. He has experience in many aspects of civil engineering design associated with public and private land development including, but not limited to, stormwater system layout/hydraulic analysis, sanitary sewer system and water system layout/analysis, TESC & grading plan preparation and roadway design.

His specialties include assisting in design of residential plats, commercial projects, redevelopment, road improvements (public and private) and office complexes requiring innovative thinking and site design approaches to minimize construction costs of earthwork, storm systems and utility infrastructure. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of project management including initial project feasibility studies/evaluations, communication and rapport with the municipality and/or county representative(s) involved throughout the permitting process and project coordination with all parties involved during construction to ensure the sound design intent is implemented in the field as intended.

Scott came to Larson and Associates in 2014 and has 25 years of professional land use experience working in the states of Washington, Idaho, Oregon and California. Having been a Community Development Director, Building Official and project planner, he has successfully worked on countless projects. He is an expert in land use matters, including but not limited to: Building Permits, CUPs, Subdivisions, Critical Areas, SEPA and Code Interpretation etc.

Prior to his career in planning, Mr. Clark worked for the U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Mines Spokane Research Center, as a team member working on research projects conducted in the Bunker Hill Mining & Metallurgical Complex Superfund site in Idaho. Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University in 1995. Having been on the regulatory end of land development for many years, Scott knows what it takes to get a project “put together right”, and how to get it approved!!
